About the herbs

• Lemon balm and lavender: Provides deeper sleep and relaxation.
• Fenugreek and tonka bean: Let stress melt away.
• Green and red Rooibos: Protects the skin from aging and is beneficial for acne, redness or other skin conditions.
• Calendula: Hydrates the skin from within and has healing properties.
• Orange and passion fruit: Gives a sweet scent.

How to use

Brew 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal tea in a cup of hot water (about 90°C) for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy a warm and soothing cup of tea to promote a good night's sleep and repair the skin from within.

Volume

100g of loose tea gives approx. 50 cups of tea and can be brewed up to 3 times.
